Ingredients:
1 jar St. James Winery Pumpkin Butter
1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. whipped topping
1 box spice cake, prepared, crumbled into pieces
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method:
Beat softened cream cheese and whipped topping. Layer spice cake, Pumpkin Butter and cream mixture in parfait glasses, ending with Pumpkin Butter. Garnish with optional whipped topping and pecans.
