Ingredients:
1 bottle St. James Winery Pink Catawba Wine, chilled
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 liter club soda, chilled
Strawberries, cherries, peaches, orange slices, or other fruit to garnish.

Method:
In a large pitcher combine wine, sugar and lemon juice.

Stir until sugar dissolves.

Cover and chill.

Just before serving add club soda and fruit.
